耳鼻喉科疾病所致慢性咳嗽临床剖析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨耳鼻喉科疾病所致慢性咳嗽的发病原因及治疗疗效。方法：回顾性分析了2008年8月至2012年8月到我科就诊的50例耳鼻喉科疾病所引起的慢性咳嗽患者的临床资料，对诱发慢性咳嗽的耳鼻喉科疾病的分布情况、慢性咳嗽病因的分布情况、临床治疗疗效等进行分析与研究。结果：（1）诱发慢性咳嗽的耳鼻喉科疾病主要包括慢性单纯性鼻炎（占36.00%）、变应性鼻炎（占22.00%）、鼻咽部慢性炎症（占20.00%）、鼻窦炎（占22.00%）；（2）慢性咳嗽的病因分布情况：咳嗽变异型哮喘（占18.00%）、胃-食管反流性咳嗽（GERC）（占30.00%）、鼻后滴流综合征（PNDs）（占22.00%）、感染后咳嗽（占12.00%）、喉源性咳嗽（占18.00%）；（3）经三联药物疗法治疗，痊愈患者数15例（占30.00%）、有效患者数32例（占64.00%），临床治疗总有效率为94.00%。结论：耳鼻喉科疾病所引起的慢性咳嗽的发病原因众多，对患者的影响较大，因此应该注意对其进行及时地治疗，以有效地控制病情的发生与发展。 　　【关键词】 耳鼻喉科；慢性咳嗽；病因 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the ENT diseases caused by chronic cough causes and treatment efficacy. Methods： 50 cases of ENT diseases caused by the patients with chronic cough To our department of our hospital from August 2008 to August 2012 were randomly retrospectively analyzed. Chronic cough for inducing the distribution of ENT diseases， chronic cough the distribution of etiology， clinical therapy were analyzed and studied. Results： （1） ENT diseases induced by chronic cough include chronic simple rhinitis （accounting for 36.00%）， allergic rhinitis （22.00%）， chronic inflammation of the nasopharynx （20.00%）， sinusitis （representing 22.00%）； （2） the distribution of causes of chronic cough： cough variant asthma （18.00%）， stomach - esophageal reflux cough （GERC） （30.00%）， postnasal drip syndrome （PNDs） （accounting for 22.00%）， cough after infection （accounting for 12.00%）， laryngeal cough （18.00%）； （3） by the triple drug therapy， the number of patients cured 15 cases （30.00%）， the effective number of patients 32 cases （accounting for 64.00%）， clinical total effective rate was 94.00%.
