腹腔镜诊治普外科急腹症临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析和研究腹腔镜诊治普外科急腹症的临床意义。方法 选取2012年9月―2014年1月该院普外科急腹症患者61例，随机分组。对照组患者采用开腹手术治疗；观察组患者采用腹腔镜诊断并行腹腔镜手术治疗，将两组患者治疗效果进行比较。结果 观察组并发症发生率为6.5%，对照组为26.7%，观察组手术指标明显优于对照组，观察站手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间和住院时间分别为（37.65±14.21）min、（12.45±3.63）mL、（14.21±3.57）h和（3.12±0.81）d，而对照组分别为（75.32±15.35）min、（53.68±10.54）mL、（32.59±7.46）h和（7.33±1.72）d，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 腹腔镜诊治普外科急腹症效果良好，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 急腹症；开腹手术；腹腔镜 　　[中图分类号] R65 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）01（a）-0027-02 　　Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Abdomen in General Surgery 　　QU Dapeng YU Houqian 　　Weihai Municipal Hospital， Weihai， Shandong Province， 264200， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and study the clinical significance of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen in general surgery. Methods 61 cases with acute abdomen in the Department of General Surgery of Weihai Municipal Hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group from eptember 2012 to January 2014. The control group were treated by open operation， while the observation group were treated by laparoscopic diagnosis and surgery. And the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications of the observation group was 6.5%， and that of the control group was 26.7%， the surgical index of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group； the duration of operation， intraoperative blood loss， anal exhaust time and hospital stay of the observation group was （37.65±14.21）min， （12.45±3.63）mL， （14.21±3.57）h， （3.12±0.81）d， respectively， and that of the control group was （75.32±15.35） min， （53.68±10.54）mL， （32.59±7.46）h and （7.33±1.72）d， respectively， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.
