老年人桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折保守治疗剖析 　　摘要：目的 探讨老年人桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折采用保守方案治疗临床效果。方法 选取100例老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折患者，均为我院骨科2010年5月～2013年5月收治，采用数字表抽取法随机分组，就石膏固定治疗（对照组，n=50）与中药外敷加小夹板外固定治疗（观察组，n=50）效果展开对比。结果 两组第1d疼痛评分无差异（P0.05），第7 d、14 d、28 d、6 w均低于对照组，有统计学差异（P0.05）。观察组骨折愈合时间为（30.58±4.36）d，明显少于对照组（46.71±7.85）d，有统计学差异（P0.05）。观察组腕关节功能恢复优良率为92%，明显高于对照组74%，有统计学差异（P0.05）。结论 针对临床收治的老年桡骨远端骨质疏松骨折患者，在小夹板固定基础上，取中药外敷联用保守治疗，可显著缩短骨折愈合时间，改善腕关节功能，降低疼痛程度。 　　关键词：老年；桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折；保守治疗 　　Conservative Treatment of Osteoporotic Distal Radius Fractures in the Elderly 　　ZHU Xian-cheng 　　（Mianzhu Municipal Peoples Hospital，Deyang 618200，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of conservative treatment for osteoporotic fractures of distal radius in the elderly. Methods A total of 100 cases of elderly patients with distal radius osteoporotic fracture patients. All patients were admitted to our hospital orthopedics department of our hospital in May 2010 to 2013 may may 2014 to 2015 may， by digital table， the extraction method of random grouping， plaster fixation （control group， n = 50） and external application of Chinese medicine combined with small splint external fixation treatment （observation group， n = 50） effect contrast. Results There was no difference between the two groups （1D）， 7d， 14d， P0.05， 28d， 6 weeks were lower than those in the control group， with statistically significant difference （P0.05）. The fracture healing time of the observation group was （30.58±4.36） d， significantly less than that of the control group （46.71±7.85） d， and there were significant differences （P0.05）. The recovery of wrist joint function in observation group was 74%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P0.05）， which was significantly higher than that of the control group .
