静脉用药调配中心微生物监测剖析 　　[摘要] 目的：监测静脉用药调配中心（pharmacy intravenous admixture service，PIVAS）空气、物体表面、操作人员等环境和环节微生物污染情况，寻找PIVAS微生物污染的危险因素，并采取有效措施控制PIVAS微生物污染的途径。方法：通过细菌培养及含菌量测定，对PIVAS分别进行空气培养、物体表面、操作人员手部采样，进行细菌培养。结果：本次检测结果有配制人员手部取样的两只样本高于《医院消毒技术规范》规定的微生物污染控制值，其他均符合标准。结论：PIVAS应充分重视微生物污染的危险因素，改进存在问题。通过环境与环节的控制预防微生物污染；通过监测PIVAS已配制静脉输液药袋表面微生物污染率，控制引起院内感染的潜在因素。 　　[关键词] PIVAS；微生物污染；监测；预防控制 　　[中图分类号] R95 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）12（b）-166-02 　　 　　Investigation analysis report of pharmacy intravenous admixture service about microbe 　　YE Jianlin1, HUA Yan2 　　1.Department of Pharmacy, the Wuxi People′s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University, Jiangsu Province, Wuxi 214023, China; 2.The Vein Drug Allocation Center of Pharmacy Department, the Wuxi People′s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University, Jiangsu Province, Wuxi 214023, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To inspect the environment and microbe contaminated by such factors as air, object surface and operators in pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS), in order to find the dangerous causes for the microbial contamination of PIVAS, and take effective measures to control the contamination routes. Methods: The methods of this research included the cultivation and germ-containing quantity counting of air, object surface-microbe and operators hands in PIVAS. Results: All samples conformed with the microbial contamination control value of hospital disinfection technical specifications, excepted two samples from operators′ hands. Conclusion: PIVAS should to pay close attention to all the dangerous factors of microbial contamination and the improvement of existent problems.
