万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 冬季积雪结冰是道路行驶安全的潜在威胁，而且冬季的事故发生率也特别 高，大多数事故都与道路的积雪结冰有着直接或间接的关系。因此，冬季除冰雪 是市政、道路以及机场养护部门的重点任务。 同时我国幅员辽阔，降雪范围大，地形复杂，除雪又是比较困难的。对公路 与城市道路而言，保证道路的通畅，对交通安全尤为重要。因此高效、快速的除 雪成为必然选择。我国目前除雪主要方式是靠机械除雪，研制经济、实用、高效、 安全、功能强的道路除雪车显得十分迫切。同时这也是促进国家经济快速发展的 强有力保证。 本文中的除雪车是在 ZL50 装载机底盘的基础上改装而成的。通过卸掉装载 机原有的铲斗装置，装上推雪板、振动铲和滚刷工作装置，实现一机多用，充分 的提高了装载机的使用率。本文首先设计除雪车的液压系统，并对液压系统的相 关元件进行计算选型，然后利用 AMESim 软件对除雪车的液压系统进行建模和 仿真，最后用 PLC 和 PLCSIM 软件分别对除雪车的电控系统进行编程和仿真， 论证了除雪车液压系统和电控系统的可行性，保证了除雪车能安全、稳定、有效 的工作。 关键词：除雪车，振动铲，滚刷，液压系统，仿真 I Abstract Ice and snow is the potential threat to the road in the winter, what’s more, the accident rate is particularly high in the winter, most of the accidents has a direct or indirect relationship with the Ice and snow. Removing the ice and snow is the important task to the municipal administration, the roads sector and airport maintenance department. At the same time, China have a vast territory ,the complex terrain and large range of snow, therefore, Removing the ice and snow is very difficult. For the highway and city road, keeping the road unobstructed is particularly important to the traffic safety. So, removing the ice and snow efficiently and fast is necessary choice. At present, using the machine to remove ice and snow is the main way in our country, so, designing the economic, practical, efficient, safe and strong function road sweeper is very urgent. At the same time, it is also s strong guarantee to promote the fast development of national economy. Snow sweeper in this paper is modified through the chassis of the ZL50 loader.
