PAGE PAGE 2 Treatment with Selective Use of Lauromacrogol and Pingyangmycin under the Guidance of Ultrasound in Venous Malformations Abstract Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of the Treatment with selective use of lauromacrogol and pingyangmycin under the guidance of ultrasound in venous malformations. Methods: From December 2011 to December 2012 ， 15 patients with venous malformations of soft tissues in our hospital was selected .With different circumstance which included the lesions range and depth,or if any vascular nerve and important organs around,lauromacrogol and pingyangmycin were inserted into this venous space under real—time ultraSound visualization，and sclerosants were infused in the space gently. Drug selection and dosage changed according to the concrete circumstances.We applied image examination of ultrasound,MRI and DSA to its clinical observation.If the lesion was not cured completely,it could be repeated until recovery. All patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. Results: Of the group，each patient recovered with 1-5 times ofthe therapy(mean， 3.1times)．3 of all appear skin fester after half month of the operation.It recovered in debridement and suturing.5 of all appear mild skin pigmentation.No major complications Occurred. Conclusions: 1.Sonographically guided intralesional sclerotherapy for venous malformation not only solved the complicated vascular malformation which is hard with surgery resection, but also avoid the traditional blindness of sclerotherapy,.It improves the accuracy of the drug to reduce the damage to the surrounding tissue.2. Use Lauromacrogol instead of anhydrous alcohol for sclerotherapy, reduced the damage and the operation of pain, but also enhance the embolization effect.3. According to the pathological changes of vascular blood flow situation, treatment was selective used Lauromacrogol and Pingyangmycin under the guidance of ultrasound.It makes full use of the characteristics of t
