脾切除加贲门周围血管缝扎术治疗门静脉高压消化道出血临床效果研究 】目的探讨采用脾切除加贲门周围血管缝扎术治 疗门静脉高压消化道出血的疗效，以供临床参考。方法对 我院2009年8月~2011年1月收治的39例门静脉高压消化 道出血的患者进行脾切除加贲门周围血管缝扎术治疗。比较 患者治待前后的门静脉压力、血清Tuftsin,血清免疫球蛋 白IgMo观察患者治疗后的并发症发生情况，并将结果进行 统计学分析。结果39例患者经过治疗后，其门静脉压力明 显降低，与治疗前相比，p0. 05，差异有统计学意义。患 者血清Tuftsin无明显变化，血清免疫球蛋白IgM无明显变 化，与治疗前相比，p〉0. 05，差异无统计学意义。39例患 者均得到良好的治疗，患者无死亡。共发生并发症5例，占 12.82%。结论采用脾切除加贲门周围血管缝扎术治疗门静 脉高压消化道出血具有较好的疗效，患者并发症少，值得在 临床推广使用。 关键词】脾切除贲门周围血管缝扎术门静脉高压消 化道出血 :R657. 6 :A 1005-0515 (2011) 12-005-02 Splenectomy plus ligation cardiac peripheral vascular treatment of portal hypertension Clinical analysis of gastrointestinal bleeding Zheng Hongwei (Xinmi City General Hospital, Zheng Coal companies outside the three subjects, Xinmi, 452 371) [Abstract] Objective To investigate the use of splenectomy plus ligation cardiac peripheral vascular treatment of portal hypertension gastrointestinal bleeding, for clinical reference.
