摘 要 随着科技的发展，社会的进步，国内现代企业得到快速发展，企业间的市场竞争日 益加剧。企业如何在市场上取得竞争优势归根结底取决于人才的竞争，只有掌握了人才 资源，才能在这没有硝烟的战场中掌握主动权。传统的人力资源管理模式在全球化、网 络化、信息化的大环境中，已经不能满足企业培养人才、评估人才、激励人才以及技术 创新等方面的要求，人力资源管理开始向信息化、网络化转型，逐步呈现出依靠信息管 理、适应企业国际化发展等特征，于是人力资源管理信息系统在新技术的运用和不断改 善的信息系统基础上应运而生。 本文通过对现代企业所处时代背景和宏观环境的分析，借助权威调查报告，整理、 分析了人力资源管理信息化在国外、国内的发展现状和趋势，指出现代人力资源管理的 发展趋势必将是人力资源管理信息化；为更有针对性和实证意义，本文选取了 YC 公司 这一国有大型企业作为分析对象，对 YC 公司的人力资源管理系统的发展做了回顾，结 合当前实际，对YC 公司实施的C/S 架构的人力资源管理信息系统进行研究，通过对其 各个模块的规划、建设、试运行和调查分析，提出存在的问题并讨论可行的改进、优化 方案。在调查研究的基础上，本文对开发实施人力资源管理信息系统这一系统工程工作 中存在的具有普遍意义的问题进行总结，为即将建设或已经实施人力资源管理信息化的 企业提供客观的参考。 关键词：信息化，人力资源管理，C/S，优化 I ABSTRACT With the development of the technology and the progress of the social, domestic modern enterprises have developed rapidly, the competition for market among them intensified day by day. In order to gain competition advantages in the market for the enterprises depends on the talent competition in the final analysis, people must grasp the human resources in order to seize the initiative at this battle, which is without smoke. Traditional human resource management mode can not meet the requirements of personnel training, talent assessing, talent motivate and technological innovation for enterprises in the environment of globalization, networking and information technology, human resource management has turned to the information technology and networking. It is showing the characteristics gradually, which depends on information management and adapt to the development of enterprise internationalization.
