In order to ensure the residency of the low-income group, we develop and build the housing security system, with emphasis on the public housing. The legal nature of public housing lease contract is unclear. It is one of the nameless contracts. Termination of the contract is not only related to the contractal rights, but also related to the exitence and rental circulation of the public housing. It is the key to the long-term development of public housing system. The laws about the termination of public housing lease contract in our country mainly focus on the administrative rules. And the legal level of the termination of public housing lease contract is low and referring legal is little.
