Abstract
The new curriculum reform put forward new idea of developing into the foundation with students and pay attention to all-round development of the students in order that all students may obtain better development.The class is the main channel and position of education for all-around development and has an important effect on new curriculum reform.Long-term since,in senior high school music teaching due to the bondage of class teaching system in teaching, teachers rarely attend to the differences of all students’individual character development, and adopted the same way which caused that tops did not have enough to eat, difference could not eat and medium raw rad.As a result layered teaching came into being according to the new idea. Lamination teaching, for all the students in class is the actual learning level and physical characteristics to their aptitude.Lecturing the same teaching content, teachers should start with all the students of different levels of knowledge and ability to accept and put forward a best request which suits themselves to different students with teaching in width and depth of the corresponding several levels.Turn our face to all the students to enhance the students overall quality,promoting each student in the most suitable learning environment and getting teaching activities the best development.Layered teaching is facing each student, make every student in recent development zone,with learning theory, teaching form the theory of optimum and the humanistic theory,fully respect the students’individuality and subjectivity,which helps to face every student and improve teaching quality and as is an important means to promote the quality education.
