Ab Abstract PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the effects of modified ultrafiltration on blood coagulation function undergoing cardiac surgery during cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods: According to whether using modified ultrafiltration, 90 patients undergoing cardiac surgery were divided into two groups including MUF (modified ultrafiltration) group and CUF(conventional ultrafiltration) croup. The prothrombin time、fibrinogen、activated clotting time、coagulation factors、 platelet count were measured at specific time points.Objective the amount of thoracic drainage at first day and second day after operation. Results: At T1 time point,the concentrations of PT, fibrinogen, ACT, coagulation factor II、V、VII、VIII、IX、X were no statistical difference between group MUF and group CUF(P0.05). At T2 time point,the concentrations of PT, fibrinogen, ACT were no statistical difference between group MUF and group CUF(P0.05). At T3 time point,the PT in group MUF was shorter than that in group CUF （ P0.05 ） ,the plasma concentration of fibrinogen was no statistical difference between group MUF and group CUF（P0.05）,the ACT was no statistical difference between group MUF and group CUF（P0.05）,the coagulation factors II in group MUF was higher than that in group CUF（P0.01）,the coagulation factors V in group MUF was higher than that in group CUF （ P0.01 ） ,the coagulation factors VII in group MUF was higher than that in group CUF（P0.05）,the coagulation factors VIII in group MUF was higher than that in group CUF（P0.05）, the coagulation factors IX in group MUF was higher than that in group CUF （ P0.01 ） ,the coagulation factors X in group MUF was higher than that in group CUF（P0.05）. At T4 time point,the concentrations of PT, fibrinogen, coagulation factor II、V、 PAGE PAGE V VII 、X were no statistical difference between group MUF and group CUF(P0.05). the ACT in group MUF was shorter than that in group CUF,that was no statistical difference（P0.05）,the co
