运动疗法联合赖脯胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病效果观察 　　[摘要]目的 探?运动疗法联合赖脯胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法 选取2015年8月～2017年7月我院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组采用赖脯胰岛素治疗，观察组在对照组基础上实施运动疗法，两组患者均在治疗前、治疗3个月后进行检查。比较两组患者的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h 血糖（2 h PG）、糖化白蛋白（GA）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、体重指数（BMI）及6 min步行试验。结果 观察组治疗后的FPG、2 h PG、GA、HbA1c、TC、TG、BMI均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 通过运动疗法联合赖脯胰岛素等综合治疗可以降低血糖水平，改善血脂紊乱，减轻体重，提高运动能力，减少并发症，降低心脑血管发病危险。 　　[关键词]运动疗法；赖脯胰岛素；2型糖尿病；效果观察 　　[中图分类号] R473.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）4（b）-0053-04 　　The efficacy of exercise therapy combined with Insulin Lispro in treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes 　　XIAO Xiao-hong1，2 CHENG Hui-fang2 XIONG Hu2 XIANG Bing1▲ XU Wei-jian2 JIN Fang2 　　1.Wuhan University of Science and Technology，Hubei Province，Wuhan 430081，China；2.Department of Rehabilitation Medicine，Shanghai MCC Hospital，Shanghai 200941，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the curative effect of exercise therapy combined with Insulin Lispro in treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From August 2015 to July 2017，80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital were selected as research objects，and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Insulin Lispro，while the observation group was treated with exercise therapy based on the control group.Both groups were examined before and 3 months after treatment.The fasting plasma glucose （FPG），2 hour postprandial blood glucose （2 h PG），Glycated albumin （GA），glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c），total cholesterol （TC），triglyceride （TG），body mass index （BMI） and 6 minutes walk test were compared.Results The FPG，2 h PG，GA，HbA1c，TC，TG and BMI after treatment in the observation group were lower than those before treatment，and the decrease in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Insulin Lispro and exercise therapy can reduce
