高师生心理健康教育观现状调查探究 】目的了解当前高师生对心理健康教育的看法。 方法根据自编问卷，调查318名高师生。结果①大部分高 师生对心理健康教育的必要性、意义、师资的专业化等有了 比较正确的认识。30%以上的高师生对心理健康教育的对象、 目标、实施主渠道的认识是错误或模糊的。②大部分高师生 赞成心理咨询工作的重点是提高学生心理素质和预防心理 疾病的产生。但对心理咨询解决问题的范围的认识存在比较 严重的误解。③约80%高师生对心理健康教育与德育存在差 异持赞成态度，但半数以上高师生对心理健康教育与德育的 联系的认识是错误或模糊不清的。结论需进一步加强对高 师生心理健康教育观的教育。 关键词】心理健康教育；心理健康教育观；高师生； 调查 Investigation about Normal University Students’ Concept of Mental Health Education. Methods 318 normal university students were investigated with a questionnaire made by author. Results ①Most students have right conception about significance meaning, specialized teachers of mental health education. About 30% students are not clear or have wrong ideas about the main objectives, subjects and main ways to carry out mental health education.②Most normal university students know very well the emphasis of psychological counseling, but many students have the wrong conception on what kinds of mental disorders psychological counseling can deal with.③About 80% students accept the differences between mental health education and moral education. Above one half of students have wrong or unclear ideas about the relations between them. Conclusion The conception of mental health education must be taught with more efforts to normal university students. Key words] Mental health education； Conception of mental health education； Normal university students； Investigation 1问题的提出 随着社会经济和科学技术的发展，心理健康已越来越引 起社会的重视，学校心理健康教育已逐步开展起来。但我国 心理健康教育的师资队伍薄弱，专业人才匮乏，严重制约了 心理健康教育的正常发展［1］。一些学校由于思想观念的问 题，心理健康教育只流于形式，还未引起足够的重视。所以， 作为教师后备力量的高师生的心理健康教育能力的培养就 显得非常重要。而树立现代教育观念是教师素质的魂，是教 师立教的根基与转变教师教育行为的先导，也是决定教育成 败的关键！教师心理健康教育观是指教师对心理健康及其教 育的认识、判断和知觉。心理健康教育能否有效实施并真正 发挥其效能，关键在于教师的心理健康教育理念及其认识水 平［2］。因此，有必要通过对高师生对心理健康教育的认识 情况进行调查，为高师生正确心理健康教育观的形成，心理 健康教育能力的培养提供必要的理论依据和事实依据。 2对象与方法 2.1对象辽宁师范大学、阜阳师范学院大二、大三学 生。由笔者亲自担任主试，随
