In this paper, a high loaded blade designed by Harbin Turbine Company Limited is applied in the middle stage of ultra supercritical units. Its aerodynamic performance is simulated to assess the effect of its design with Ansys CFX. The results show that with the incidence varied from -40 degree to 40 degree aerodynamic load increases, and loss coefficient decreases to the minimum when the incidence is 0 degree,then loss coefficient increases. Three-dimensional separation line lift height of passage vortex in the suction side has a gradual increase in the suction side, such as three-dimensional separation line lift height near the tip varied from 2.8 percent of the height of the blade to 16.9 percent, three-dimensional separation line lift height near the hub varied from percent of the height of the blade to 30.1 percent, which shows upper passage vortex intensity is stronger than the lower passage vortex. after all, the blade has a good incidence performance between -20 degree to 20 degree. With the outlet Mach number varied from 0.1to 0.6, the blade gradually has the after-loaded trend, and loss coefficient decreases until the Ma number is 0.4,then loss coefficient increases, three-dimensional separation line lift height is declining. Then the middle section of the blade was chosen as the based two-dimensional cascade, aerodynamic performance of the blade is analyzed in different Reynolds number after its aerodynamic load is increased.
