摘要 随着国家“十二五规划的出台，全国各地高速公路的发展已经进入飞速完善的时期， 特别是黄河三角洲地区，共包括六个设区市的十九个县(市、区)，其中以东营市作为其 核心城市的代表，已经形成了比较发达的交通网络系统。高速公路的快速发展使得高速 公路附近地区形成了高速公路区域产业带，高速公路区域产业带以其独特方式影响着当 地区域经济的发展。两者之间有着非常密切的联系。高速公路对区域经济的影响作用和 其它运输方式相比有着自己特别明显的优势。高速公路交通运输体系如何适应当地区域 经济的发展，并且最大限度地发挥对当地经济的发展成为目前在区域经济学研究中的一 个重大课题。 本文分别从高速公路和区域经济两方面入手，具体从黄河三角洲地区高速公路发展 的现状与存在的问题出发，针对高速公路对区域经济发展的影响进行分析归纳，力求为 山东省的高速公路完善建设和黄河三角洲区域经济快速发展提供相应的参考依据。 目前针对高速公路管理体制的研究非常多，但是对于高速公路和区域经济发展的理 论研究相对比较的少。本文创新点主要体现在：针对东营市的高速公路网对黄河三角洲 区域经济发展的具体影响进行研究，同时对如何充分发挥高速公路积极作用提出对策建 议，进而使以东营市为代表的高速公路网与黄河三角洲区域社会经济能够实现同步发 展。 一 关键词：高速公路，黄河三角洲，区域经济，影响研究  Study on the influence of development of expressway on regional economy in the Yellow River Delta Abstract Along wim announcing the”twelfth five-year plan”．the development of expressways across China has entered a period of rapid improvement，especially in the region of Yellow River Delta including nineteen counties(cities or districts)．Dongying City as the representative city has formed a relatively well-developed transportation network system．The rapid development of expressways makes the neighbouring region of expressways to be the expressway regional industry belt，which affects the local economic development with its unique way．And the relationship between them iS very close．The influence of expressway on the regional economy with its advantages is more distinct than other modes of transportations．How the transportation system of expressway to adapt to the 10cal regional economic development and tO promote the local economic development furthest become a major issue in regional economics． This dissertation begins with the expressway and regional economic starting from the current situation and existing problems of expressways in the Yellow River Delta,and analyzes the influence of expressway on regional economic development．硼1e purpose of this dissertation is to provide the corresponding reference to improve the expressway construction in Shandong Province and develop economy rapidly in the Y
