基于GA和FNN的智能PID控制研究及应用AbStraCt 基于GA和FNN的智能PID控制研究及应用 AbStraCt In numerical control machine,the position servo system links the computer Ⅱumerical∞ntmller and the mechanical transmission equipment.So its perfo珊aⅡce is Vcry iⅡ1portaIlt to the perfonllance of t11e nume—cal conlml machine.Such as jt c卸 affect the fast mtio of the machine,position precission,the quality of surface of the manufactllre, pmductiVit y, reliability and etc.At the prcsem,we usually used cOnvemionaI P1D controller because its algorithm is every simple a11d“has strong mbustness and fine reliability.And espedally,it is suitable to the system that we can mal【e its accurate mathematicaI model.HoweVer,with the development of jndustryme manufacturing pmcess is be∞ming more and more∞mplicated.Fist,it is dimcult to mal【e the precise mamematical model of object.And the convemional PID comroller call’t adjust itself to the Variatjon of tlle sufroundjngs alld the objecl.so we must find a new method to design the par锄eters of the PID contmlleL Fuzzy logic control柚d neural net、vork have many advantages which conventional PID control doesn’t have.ney don’t need the accurate mathematical model of object, and haVe fine ability of self二studying and adapting.Genetic algorithm is a kind of random searching optimal algorithm based on biolo西cal“olution.n can nnd thc best result by reproduction,cmssover and mutation.So we come up with a new method to desi印the paramcters of PⅢcontrolleL This hnd of controller has the a“amages of conVentional PⅢcontmlleL fuzzy logic controller and neural contmlleL皿e simulation curve on position seⅣo system of numerical control machille shows that it improves the ability of self-studying,adapting and anti.jammiIlg of the system,and betters the robustDess.
