Design and Implementation of Human Resources Outsourcing Service Platform Based on J2EE and ExtJS ABSTRACT Human resources service industry has become the basic industry of the world economy and the driving force for the development of the national economy. It has formed a certain market scale in China and become a rapidly developing industry with a great prospect for development. However, the human resources systems already in use neither meet the needs of the business flow, nor to provide flexible system interface docking government information platform . This thesis proposes a human resources outsourcing service platform design.The thesiss main work is as follows: Research on the characteristics and development trends of human resources services at home and abroad, analyze the diversity of products in human resources services and the differences of local policies and regulations ,and propose the current conditions and deficiencies of human resources services platform. Analyze the technology features of ExtJS and J2EE; focus on the Spring Framework and MVC design pattern in platform, as well as the technical principles of persistence layer framework iBATIS, put forward a ExtJS-Spring-iBATIS framework integration solutions.Combined with workflow technology, design and deploy human resources outsourcing services platform based on B/S structure. Improve the CRUD operations based on ExtJS technique, describe the realization method of main function module in the human resources service platform, and show the practical application effects.
