万方数据 万方数据 Research on Human Resource Allocation of Dezhou Huaneng powers new energy transformation Abstract Human resources is the most important resource required by our development of economy and society and science. With the implementation of the national energy strategy and the development of electrical power industry, the power projects are increasing more and more quickly. To strengthen the human resource of project management has become the important topic that must be attached to. At the same time, the international cooperation of power engineering construction is strengthened ceaselessly, and there is a remarkable characteristic in project management that the recruitment may be from different countries and regions. So how to integrate all human resources to promote the formation of the whole project is worthy of study. By using the method of theoretical analysis and empirical study, the article introduces the related theories of the project human resources and analyzes and concludes the management experience of human resources in power projects of our country. Then the article analyzes the problems and reasons of project human management of Huaneng Dezhou power plant. At last it tries to discuss how to optimum allocation the human resources in the power project management. To achieve the optimal allocation of human resources in the power project, the key is to establish the idea that human resources is the primary resources，perfect the distribution mechanisms of human resources in the power project and through enhancing team-building to promote the optimal allocation of human resources in power projects of Huaneng Dezhou power plant.
