核电厂消防雨淋阀浅谈 【摘 要】当今社会安全问题已深入人心，核电厂消防安全是核电厂安全的重要组成部分，我厂采用的消防设备分为以下几种：七氟丙烷灭火系统、消防雨淋阀、消防栓、灭火器等等，其中消防雨淋阀是应用十分广泛的一种，具有报警和灭火的功能。消防雨淋阀具有结构简单、操作容易、安全可靠、安装维护方便等特点。主要应用于三变区域、04#厂房电缆间、05#厂房电缆间、02#厂房电缆间等。消防雨淋阀主要用于电缆间着火且火势较大，无法用手提式灭火器扑灭时使用。失火时，雨淋阀开启，系统开式喷头一齐自动喷水灭火处火源，而且可以同时自动向整个被保护的面积上喷水，从而防止火灾的蔓延和扩大，影响核电厂其他安全系统动作。 【关键词】核电厂； 安全；消防；雨淋阀 中图分类号： TM623 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 2095-2457（2018）23-0052-002 DOI：10.19694/j.cnki.issn2095-2457.2018.23.019 【Abstract】Todays social security has been deeply rooted in the hearts of people，Nuclear power plant fire safety is an important part of nuclear power plant security，I plant the use of fire equipment into the following：Heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system， fire-fighting shower valve，fire hydrant， fire extinguisher etc.，The fire deluge valve is a very widely used， with alarm and fire extinguishing function.The fire deluge valve has the advantages of simple structure， easy operation， safety and reliability， convenient installation and maintenance etc..Mainly used in three areas， 04# cable， 05# cable factory workshop， 02# workshop between cable etc..Fire deluge valve is mainly used for cable between the fire and the fire is large，Unable to use portable fire extinguishers for use when. When the fire broke out， the deluge valve open， open sprinkler sprinkler system in fire，It can also be automatically sprayed into the area of the protected area， thus preventing the spread and expansion of the fire， and the action of other safety system of nuclear power plant. 【Key words】Nuclear power plant；Safety；Fire；Deluge valve 1 组成特点及应用范围 消防雨淋阀具有报警和灭火的功能。主要用于三变区域、04#厂房电缆间、05#厂房电缆间、02#厂房电缆间等。消防雨淋阀主要用于电缆间着火且火势较大，无法用手提式灭火器扑灭时使用。我们对核电厂的雨淋阀进行了了解，主要采用的是ZSFM隔膜雨淋阀，现在我们先对消防雨淋阀进行初步的了解。ZSFM隔膜雨淋阀是由信号蝶阀，单向阀，手动实验阀，电磁阀，压力表，警铃试验阀，压力开关，水力警铃，放水阀等组成， 在消防系统侧的管路上接的都是开式喷头，管网内不充水。雨淋阀的特点是在发现火警后，雨淋阀内阀瓣迅速开启，压力水流经消防管网从喷头里喷出覆盖或隔离整个保护区，适用于起火后火势迅猛、火灾负荷大、不宜控制的场所使用，雨淋阀组的开启方式分为自动、手动和远程手动三种方式，当保护区发生火灾时，环境温度升高，火灾探测器系统动作，雨淋阀打开，水迅速从开式喷头喷出执行灭火功能，并可发出报警信号，喷出的水形成水雾以达到阻止火势要延、防火分隔和冷却，窒息等灭火目的，可用来扑救电气设备。
