中文摘要本文是以地基处理项目质量管理为中心，介绍了国内外质量管理的产生、 中文摘要 本文是以地基处理项目质量管理为中心，介绍了国内外质量管理的产生、 发展和最新理论，分析了我国地基处理领域存在的主要问题和地基处理项目的基 本特点、以及影响地基处理项目质量的诸多环节。该文作者基于在地基处理企业 多年的工作实践经验和教训，从企业对项目的质量管理和项目自身的质量管理两 方面入手，对地基处理企业项目质量管理的改革进行了大胆的设想：从解决企业的 质量管理制度问题到建立健全质量管理制度，提出了地基处理项目质量主动控制 图和质量系统结构；从项目质量管理体制问题到建立现代管理体制，对现有管理 体制进行了分析，提出了建立企业自己的管理体制，对项目经理进行分类管理的 方法；从项目质量事后处理到项目质量事前控制、事中控制和事后控制，提出了 控制办法；从项目质量的粗放型管理到关键工序、重点工序管理，提出了质量管 理对策。充分利用现代管理手段，严格控制项目质量规划、项目质量保证和项目 质量控制的三个过程，实施地基处理项目全方位、全面的质量管理。最后通过某 工程进行了实际工程的考证，说明采用上述方法进行地基处理项目质量管理效果 是显著的，达到了预期的质量要求，并取得了较好的经济效益，对其它地基处理 项目质量管理有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 关键词：地基处理；项目；质量管理；项目质量管理 AbstractBased Abstract Based on the center of quality management of foundation disposal，this paper not only intruduced the quality management production，develoment and the newest theory in abroad and home but also analyzed the main problem in the foundation domain of our Country and basic characteristic of foundation disposal as well as many tache affecting on project quality of foundation disposal．According to work experience that the author accumulated in foundation disposal enterprise for many years，the bold imagination have been carried out to the reform of project quality management of foundation disposal enterprise as a begin in two aspects that include enterprise managing project quality and projcct itself managing quality．The active Control diagram and system structure of project quality on foundation disposal have been presented from settling the problem of enterprise quality management system to setting印and integreing enterprise quafity management system．From the problem of project quality management system to creating modem management system，the present management system have been analyzed and the method have been proposed to create enterprise itself management system and to manage projcct manager by different sorts．The Control method have been presented from dealing with quality problem after project finished to controling project quality before pfoj鳅beginning, in the CORrse o
