摘 摘 要 随着我国近20多年来道路事业的蓬勃发展，全国交通现状普遍得到改善。 然而，每年因交通事故死亡的人数反而显著增加，交通安全设施成了一个薄弱环 节，究其原因：一、地方资金投入不足；二、安全设施行业虽然并得到了快速发 展壮大，但是也产生了诸如经营无序、良莠不齐、创新不力的发展瓶颈。导致安 全设施研究不到位，因而，对道路交通安全设施作进一步研究有重要的现实意义。 本文首先，具体分析了城市道路和公路的差异、公路网主骨架的含义，在此 基础上提出区域骨架干道的概念，并总结了区域骨架干道的交通安全现状。其次， 从安全设施对交通安全的影响入手，包括主要的标志标线、护栏、防眩设施、视 线诱导设施和其他的次要设施，总结出完善性设计可参考的细节设计理论。第三， 为保证安全设施设计能更好的实现到道路完善性建设中，还提出了施工过程中应 该注意的要点，并利用管理学相关知识，研究本文谈到的施工中的质量控制，保 证其施工质量，从而完善该理论的合理性。最后，结合西部重镇重庆市南岸区骨 架干道安全设施存在的问题，将该理论应用于安全设施完善性工程工可阶段的研 究，实例论证该理论的合理性，并提出对该工程发展方向的建议。 关键词：区域骨架干道；安全设施；完善工程：设计与施工管理 万方数据 ABSTRACTWith ABSTRACT With the vigorous development of the industry of China’S road in recent 20 years， the tra伍C situation has been generally improved．However,the number of death in 打a伍c accidents increased significantly every year．the仃affic safety facilities became a weak link．After investigation,the first reason iS the short of fund from the local．The other reason iS that although the industry safety facilities and got rapid development， but also produced such as operating disorderly,the good and bad are intermingled，lack of innovation in the development of the bottle necked，this behavior resulted in safety facilities research did not reach the designated position．Therefore．the further research of the traffic facilities gets important practical significance． In this paper。first of all，specifically analyzed the differences of city road and highway,the meaning of the webmaster ske’leton of highway,and advances the concept of skeleton road of district。and sums up the regional framework of road tramc safety situation．Secondly,from the influence of safety facilities for traffic safety，mchding the main logo marking，guardrail，anti-dazzle facility，sight induced facilities and other secondary facilities，summed up the perfect the design details of the design theory for reference．田}lirdly．in order to ensure the designs of safety facilities can better realize to the road in the construction of integrity,also put forward the main points of the cons
