LTD for Example ABSTRACT The international financial crisis in 2008 has very bad impact on our economy. In order to curb the economic downturn, the country immediately implement a investment plan, which the total is about 4 trillion and the 2.82 trillion will be from the local government.. To raise funds quickly, a lot of local finacing platform have been emerged as the times required. As the biggest investor, the local government finacing has a positive impact and it still has a large risk: in the support of the local government finacing, the stage of Chinese Industrialization, urbanization goes to accelerate development and the people’s livelihood have been developed steadily and it has positive role for the economic and social development. But the repayment mechanism is not reasonable and the debt burden of the local finacing will be more and more and it will brings the big dangers for the economic development and financial security behind, so it needs to take some effective measures for this problem. Through the studies of the forming background and problems of the local government finacing; and through taking the example of the liability risk of the DZ Asset Management as the empirical research; and through the studies and statistical analysis of the establishment, positioning, function, operation, the sources and going of the capital, the following will make overall analysis for the local government finacing. About the risk and problem of the local government finacing, the paper will analysis the local government, bank system and finacing platform in detail and will put the various measures and suggestions. It can offer good reference and guiding for the management of the local finacing platform.
