With With the development of economy and the improvement of people’S living standards， tourism is also growing fast．Landscape architecture，as an important part of parks and scenic spots，has reached unprecedented prosperity．In the thesis，botanical garden is an important place for residents to learn，study and play．The landscape architectures in botanical garden serve as a platform to support management，sightseeing，educmion， catering and other functions．Moreover，they are also the key spots for the botanical garden，therefore need high·level requirements in many aspects such as the expression of regional culture，ecology，humanism and overall construction of buildings．The botanical garden is a part of urban park system and representative of the city，showing the development of the urban development and cultural charms．The thesis is divided into six chapters． Chapter One answers the question that why the author chooses Quanzhou Botanical Garden as the research direction，and why”landscape architecture”as the research point．By studying relevant theoretical，research methods and framework are structured． Chapter Two analyzes the characteristics of landscape architecture through case studies of famous botanical gardens both domestic and overseas：namely，four aspects include regional architectural culture，ecology，humanism and overall construction of buildings，supporting the thesis statement and determining the landscape design direction for Quanzhou Botanical Garden，also，this chapter answers the future development trend of botanical garden landscape architecture． Chapter Three analyses the prototype and characteristics of local landscape architecture in Quanzhou，providing solid basis for landscape design of Quanzhou Botanical Garden． Chapter Four further summarizes the architectural design methods for Quanzhou Botanical Garden based on regional cultural construction，ecology，humanism and construction． Chapter Five presents the research of tourist center，science museum，waterfront re
