沈阳航空航天大学工程硕士学位论文摘要 沈阳航空航天大学工程硕士学位论文 摘要 绩效管理是企业管理模式和企业需求变更的需要，同时也是管理工作效率、提高企 业管理质量及人力资源管理建设工作的需要，它不仅能够提供充足的信息和快捷的查询 手段，而且能为企业的管理者和决策者提供预测未来的依据。绩效管理系统是实现绩效 管理的重要手段。 本文首先分析了国内企业绩效管理工作的现状，并对绩效管理工作中存在的问题以 及大多数企业绩效管理工作的实际业务需求进行了分析。在对目前国内外现有的绩效考 核管理系统进行分析和比较的基础上，针对鞍钢集团矿业公司设备检修协力中心的实际 工作情况，提出了一种基于Microsoft．NET架构，运用SQL Server 2000报表服务功能 实现的绩效考核管理系统设计方案。详细叙述了系统的功能设计、数据库设计，以及系 统测试、系统维护过程，对系统实现过程中的关键问题进行了阐述。 本文设计的系统基于B／S模式开发，主要实现绩效管理、绩效分析、与其他软件系 统接口、IC卡识别模块和触摸屏模块等五部分功能。设计方案全面考虑了目前绩效考核 管理系统的现状和今后发展的趋势，充分体现了绩效管理的理念。测试表明，系统满足 了企业的实际工作需求。 最后，在实际环境中测试系统，从性能和准确性方面分析了系统的优势，也指出了 系统还存在的不足。 关键词：绩效管理；报表服务；绩效分析；Ic卡识别；触摸屏 AbstractPerformance Abstract Performance management system Can meet the shifts of enterprise management pattern and enterprise requirement，and it can also supervise the working efficiency,improve the management quality and control human resource construction．It call not only provide riCh m士。咖a缸0n and convennient query tool，and can also provide the foundation to predict the future for the managers and decision maker．Performance management system is me core component for performance management． The paper first analyzes the domestic status of enterprise performance management，the existing problems of performance management and the real business requirements for pe哟衄ance management of many enterprises．After the analysis and comparison of the performance evaluation in existing management systems worldwide，the paper proposed a design plan of performance management system with consid训on of the actua I sit眦出on of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Mining Equipment Maintenance Center，based on MicrosoR Visual Studio．NET architecture and SQL Server 2000 Reporting Service．The behaVior a11d database design is depicted in detail，the system test，maintainence and key implem酬ion issues are also dicussed The system is based on B／S architecture．The primary functions inClude perf．0nnance management，performance analysis， interface with other software systems， IC card identification module and touchi
