THE THE STUDY OF NCL GRA I N ENTERPR I SE’S E-COMMERCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY ABSTRACT As E.commerce developing SO fast,technology has matured,laws and regulations are sound,the E.commerce’S effection has been spreaded not only online but also offline,which changed people’S customs.At the same time,it has great impact on traditional enterprises. Foodstuff industry is the foundation of country’S economic development,to ensure food safety is always the top priority,several years,the grain support policy contributes to raise the farmers’initiative and the grain production,but also leads to paddy domestic market quotation stronger than rice,a lot of grain enterprises are experiencing difficulties,combined with the large import of grain in recent years,which make these enterprises’business opermion more difficult.How these traditional grain enterprises adaptting to the new environment,getting innovative operation,raising their competitive,become considerable problems in the grain industry. E-commerce owns advantages like high efficiency,low cost and not limited to space and time.Now E-commerce has been applied in most industries,but the researches on grain enterprises’E-commerce development seems absent.Under such condition,the study on grain E-commerce development have theoretical and practical significance. This study based on researches about strategy management,grain enterprises’ development strategy,agriculture E—commerce strategy,choose NCL company as the analysis object,use tools of PEST,the introduction of EFE and IFE factor evaluation matrix,to analysis the internal and external environment of NCL’S E-commerce development,conclude the company’S superiority,weakness,opportunity,threaten.Raising the propose that NCL should take defensive strategy to operate E—commerce,using the advantages of E-commence to improve the efficiency,reduce costs,optimize the produce line,strengthen the customer relationships,increase the competitiveness,promote the company transfor
