PAGE PAGE 1 关于完善我国高校信息素养教育内容的思考及建议 徐庆宁 浙江工业大学图书馆 （310014，杭州） xuqingnin@ 孙 洁 中国计量学院图书馆 （310008, 杭州） sjie64@ 摘要：文章简要回顾了我国高校信息素养教育内容发展的特征与变迁.。在充分肯定成绩的同时指出：信息素养教育存在着重技能培养,而轻信息意识与信息道德教育的缺陷。认为信息素养教育应当包含三大方面的内容：信息意识教育、信息能力教育、信息道德教育，三者相辅相成、缺一不可。面对信息活动中普遍存在的种种不正当行为，提出相关部门尤其是高校应尽快从教学目标、教学大纲、教材建设、教师培训等方面入手，充实对学生进行信息意识及信息道德教育的内容，使我国高校的信息素养教育走向全面、完善发展。 关键词: 信息素养教育 信息教育内容 信息意识 信息道德 Thought and proposals of improvement in information literacy education for high education institutions Xu qing ning Zhejiang U Sun jie China Jiliang University Library Abstract: The paper reviews the changes and features in the context with regard to information literacy education in China high education institutions, confirms the achievements and puts forward the view that more emphases have been laid on information competence rather than information awareness as well as information morality. It holds the opinion that information literacy education requires a close integration of information awareness, information competence and information morality. It is also expressed in this paper that the concerning departments especially high education institutions should substantiate the materials regarding information awareness and information morality starting with teaching objective, teaching program, teaching materials and teacher training so as to make information literacy education advance towards overall and perfect development. Key words: Information literacy education Information literacy teaching objective information awareness information morality 0 引言 随着全球信息化程度的日益加深，人类社会的各种活动日趋便利，大大地激发了人们对信息的渴求以及对利用信息的向往。同时，在实际利用信息的活动中，这样那样的障碍与无知却明显抑制了人们自身的提高和事业的发展。因此，信息素养（信息素质）教育在我国高等教育中的地位愈来愈显得突出和重要。然而，面对信息垃圾层出不穷、信息犯罪形形色色、信息侵权无所不在等种种不利于信息社会健康发展现象普遍存在的现实，我国高校在进一步深入开展信息素养教育活动中，有必要更多地给予关注和重视的问题之一是对于教育内容的重新审视和不断完善。 1 对我国高校信息素养教育内容发展的简要回顾 经历的历史阶段及教育内容特征与变迁 根据文献[1][2]，可以把现在我国高校中普遍开展的信息素养教育活动划分为三个阶段： 第一阶段：上世纪80年代到90年代初期。“
