蒿孵幺害◎ 蒿孵幺害◎ 硕I：学位论文 南洋东 ABSTRACT Delphinium grandiflorum Linn，a herbal drug，is a flowering plant belonging to Delphinium genus．Biological activity studies performed on this species have shown it has analgesia，anti-inflammatory，antiarrhythmic，local anesthetic activities and SO on． Delphinium grandOqorum Linn is a perennial herb，with the hei曲t of 35—65 centimeters．The date of flowering period is August to September and fruiting period is September to October．The best harvest seasons are autumn，winter and early spring． It is distributed in Xinjiang，Shanxi，Hebei and Inner Mongolia and mainly grown on hillside，hollow,roadside，dene and tussock． In order to explore much more chemical constituents of Oelphinium grandiflorum Linn，and to expoit new resources of Chinese Traditional Medicine．The chemical constituents of Petroleum ethel CHCl3，EtOAc and n-butanol fractions of EtOH extraction were isolated by means of silica gel column chromatography(cc)， preparative thin layer column(PTLC)，Sephadex LH一20，polyamide and recrystallization etc respectively,and 40 compounds were obtained；the structures of 34 compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods：IR、El—MS、 HR．ESI．MS、HR．E1．MS、1D NMR(IH NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、NOE、TOCSY)， 2D NMR(IH．1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC、NOESY)，along with comparison with authentic samples and the data from literature．They were identified as diterpenoid alkaloids，flavonoids，and steroids，coumarin etc，three of which were new compounds． In the end of the thesis，one review was made on the systemical summarization for the diterpenoid alkaloid constituents of the family of Ranunculaceae reported in the past ten years． The results of the investigation were expected to enrich the database of natural products，to afford the scientific basis of pharmacology,chemotaxonomy and screening of new medicines，and to help the utilization of the Chinese natural 2 ·忻州⑧ 硕 t:学位论文 南泽东 resources as well as the resea
