However, there are still unharmonious phenomena of income distribution in ente叩rises in our country. Immoral phenomena such as too big gap of income and equalitarianism and other unbalance between contribution with income is not only ha珊in91the deVelopment of enterprises themselVes but also will theaten the steady deVelopment of the wh01e society. Three main causes that resulted in mose immoral phenomena are the distoned income distribution relation that caused by unequal right 锄ong subjects and the irrational procedure for distribution and the improper goal也at set for income distribution in ente印rises. What is the rational and moral income distribution system in enterprises then?ARer analyzing and comparing omer distribution systems and relative theories of distribution,guided by Historical Materialism of Man【ism this article set fbrth its own moral standards for income distribution in ente啦rises.1’hese standards are distribution according to contribution and justice and humanity. Distribution according to comribution is the lowest moral standards and the most basic principle on which justice and humanity could be constmcted. Thou曲justice by which the regulation in ente叩rises could be guaranteed is higher moral standard and covers more area than distribution according to contribution.Humanity whose goal is to make people more perfect is the highest moral staIldard.These moral standards don’t exist in isolation but act as an organic whole.This is because the actual income distributions in enterprises invoIve many kinds of interests and one isolated moral standard can’t meet the demands of practice.So this article set fbrth a distribution model which based on distribution according to contribution and IlI supplemented supplemented by justice and guided by humanity.
