福建师范大学硕士学位论文 . ， n 摘要 摘要 洲Y Ⅲ1 帆8 0 Ⅲ7， 叭0眦0 Ⅲ2 Abstract Hydroxyapatite(Cat o(P04)6(OH)2，HA or HAP)is a biomaterial of implants谢tll favorable properties due to its excellent bioeompatibility and bioactivity．It is one of research focuses in biomedical materials．Synthesized HA wim special morphologies and size develop its appl ication in many areas．But using ft-Cyclodextrin and its derivatives as ，I●00 template to synthesize HA Was barely reported．This paper studied the preparation of rod， rainy nano·HA and hollow sphere micro—HA using p-CD，its derivative CM-B-CD，the mixed system of f3-CD and surfaetant as template． ’lhis studies take Ca(N03)2‘4H20 and Na3P04‘1 2H20嬲reagents，a certain concentration of 13-cyclodextrin(13一CD)or carboxymethyl-13一cyclodextrin(CM—D-CD)as template．By controlling the concentration of p-CD or CM—D—CD，1 051 5 1．7 Din rod HA and 50-．．80nm rainy HA with specific surface area 1 50 I∥‘g-‘were obtained by hydrothermal method．This studies take Ca(N03)2‘4H20 and(NH4)3P04‘3H20 as reagents， the mixed system of p-CD and surfactant as template．By controlling the concentration or ratio of p-CD and eetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)，hollow sphere HA sized l～2岬were obtained by biomineralization． The obtained samples Was characterized by X-my powder diffraction(XRD) analysis，Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)，Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)，Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)，Thermogravimetric analyzers (TG)，ultraviolet spectrophotometer叫V)and Electrical conduCtivity(EC)．It is indicated that p-CD self-assemble form long chains in axial direction．And then they induce HA growth along the chain。resulting in longer HA rods．CM·13-CD interacts with Caz十in HA crystalline，and then the growth of HA is hindered．In the mix system of p-CD and CTAB， the spacial structure of p-CD including CTAB is used as template during the formation of l hollow sphere micro—HA． Keywords：f，-Cyclodextrin，Hydroxyapatite，hydrothermal，biomineralization -一-、 福建师范大学硕士学位论文 ..
