Abstract:In Abstract:In recent years,the rapid development of economic globalization has exerted profound impact on both corporations and employees.In consideration of a subsidiary company,the development has caused a fundamental change on the corporation organization,which gives the management team more decision—making power in operation while taking on more responsibility.In the mean time,employees face a broad space and seek for great opportunity for development,they may continuously go for a feasible environment for the achievement of personal value.Although the corporation is able to develop the superior and wccd out the inferior,but a loyal and responsib!e staff is priceless for the corporation.One of the key issues in sustainable development of a corporation is how to balance the corporation goal realization and personal development. To solve this question,a perfect and efficient management mechanism and method is essential. Based on performance management theory,this article describes some basic knowledge of performance management.Then,combining the theoretical knowledge with current situation of HX airline company and feeder airline marketing,the problem existing in performance management of the corporation is analyzed and the key issue is listed as below:1.No interrelation between performance management system and corporation strategy;2.Performance management system is not well connected with operation procedure; 3. No performance management indicator is quantified;4.Too many performance indicators;and 5.Performance results are not completely utilized. Based on the analysis, a new performance management system for HX Airline Company is designed.The understanding on current situation and management system 0f HX is based on field visit and questionnaire,its organization structure is fine.tuned,a work analysis is performed against the structure,and a job statement is written.Finally, based on the above study,a new performance management system of HX Airline
