Chinahasalsomadeplansformarineeconomy developmentandthemarineGDPisgrowingcontinuouslywhilethereisatendencyforregionaldisparityto increase. Regionaldisparityisaresearchhotspot, andtheresearchesareontheanalysisof contributionsofdisparityelementsandthechangingcurrency, thedifferencebetweenlandandmarine economy, thepertinenceanalysisbetweenlandindustryandmarineindustryaswellastheeconomic situationofcoastalzone,andsoon. Thispaperdiscussesdifferentspatio-temporalscalesofregionaldisparityofmarineeconomy, includingtheoveralldevelopmentlevel,developmentspeedandthechangingofindustrialstructure.The authorsusesomequantitativemethodsandmodels,suchasStd.deviation,variationcoefficient,weighed variation coefficientand Theilindices, to analysethetemporalchangesofinter-provincial, inter-regionalandintra-regionaldisparties,thendrawLoreznCurveofMarineIndustrytoreflectthe spatialagglomerationanddiffusiond
