enterprise;and performance management is the core of the former.Performance appraisal is
the instrtlment needed to performance management.Traditional manufacturing,sales oriented enterprises economy is depending on the performance of the sales department,pay attention to the sales department is the only choice and cultivate a very good sales team SO that the enterprises have core competitive advantage.Only by establishing a scientific and reasonable sales performance appraisal system,to retain outstanding sales staff.To establish a set of
effective and fully adapt to the enterprise’S sales performance appraisal system,must conform
