¨llIl吣删,、,V删1燃56摘 ¨llIl吣删,、,V删1燃56 摘 要 本研究旨在探讨公务员的内在因素心理资本与应对方式对工作 倦怠形成的影响机制,并深入研究应对方式在心理资本与工作倦怠之 间的作用。随机整群抽取330名长沙公务员作为被试,采用心理资本 问卷(PCQ)、工作倦怠量表(MBI.GS)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ) 作为测量工具,得出如下结论。 1.长沙公务员的心理资本属于中等偏上水平,多采用积极的应 对方式面对压力,并且所呈现的工作倦怠感还是不高的。心理资本、 应对方式和工作倦怠在性别、年龄、职位类别、职级和工作年限上存 在差异。 2.心理资本与积极应对方式呈正相关,而与消极应对方式呈负 相关。积极应对与工作倦怠中的玩世不恭和低成就感呈显著负相关, 而消极应对与工作倦怠中所有维度呈极显著正相关。心理资本和工作 倦怠存在极显著负相关。 3.心理资本中的自我效能对情绪衰竭有正向预测作用,希望、 韧性和乐观对其有负向预测作用;希望和乐观对玩世不恭有负向预测 作用;乐观对低成就感有负向预测作用。消极应对对工作倦怠具有正 向预测作用;而积极应对只对工作倦怠中的低成就感有显著负向预测 作用。 l 4.消极应对方式在心理资本和工作倦怠中具有部分中介作用。5.积极应对在自我效能、韧性和情绪衰竭之间起到调节作用, 4.消极应对方式在心理资本和工作倦怠中具有部分中介作用。 5.积极应对在自我效能、韧性和情绪衰竭之间起到调节作用, 在自我效能和玩世不恭之间起到调节作用。 关键词:公务员,心理资本,应对方式,工作倦怠 Ⅱ ABSTRACTThis ABSTRACT This research aims at exploring the influential mechanism h,om psychological capital and coping style tO job burnout,and ’exploring the function of coping style between psychological capi tal and job burnout.The Psychological Capital Quest ionnaire(PCQ),Maslach Burnout Inventory—General Survey ’(MBI—GS)and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)were administrated to 330 civil servants in Changsha by randomly cluster sampl ing.The conclusions drawn by this research were as following: First,the degree of psychological capital of civi l servants in Changsha was above average.They would l ike to take pos i t ive coping style to handle with stress,and the degree of their job burnout was not SO serious.There were significant d i fferences on demographic variables,such as gender,age, position and working life. Second,there was significantly positive correlation between psychological capital and positive coping style,but negative correlation between PsyCap and negative coping style, as well as job burnout.Significant correlation was found Ⅱl between between coping style and job burnout.
