A A study of value—chain structure and strategic consultation and evaluation function of industrial value body ABSTRACT Common Evaluation methods were adopted in previous consultation of industry,such as value chain analysis and research of industrial environment of competition．The interior and environment of industry were the only contents included in the consultation，specific problems in the development of industry are more likely to be consulting objects．Along with the changes of the times，the industry environment has also changed，the factors affecting the development of the industry are gradually increasing，which no longer limited to interior and industry environment，also exists in the main industry．Moreover,the existing industrial consultation and evaluation researches always take a certain industry as an example， implement the method of qualitative or quantitative analysis，and cannot constitute a universal and practical evaluation model of industrial consultation．Therefore，according to the concept of enterprise value function body(VFB)proposed by LGF(2004)，this paper introduces the VFB to industrial sectors，then discusses construction probability,concrete meaning，value—chain structure，strategic consultation and evaluation model of industrial value body specifically． Based on current researches of industrial value chain，value net and enterprises VFB． Research details are as follow：(1)elaborates and reviews the related research situation of existing industrial value chain and enterprises VFB，finds that VFB has not been deeplV concerned in the previous research；(2)proposes the idea of expansion of VFB in industries and three—dimensional frame structures of VFB which composed by(industrial main value—chain、trade value—chain and related industrial value chain)，clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of the construction of VFB；(3)makes the strategic consultation and evaluation of each value chain and the integrity of the VFB by the semi quantitative
