浙江大学硕士学位论文 浙江大学硕士学位论文 大学学科核心能力及其培育机制 摘 要 学科是大学的基本单元组织，高等学校人才培育、科学研究和社会服务三大 功能的实现基本上都是通过学科组织的运作来实现的，学科发展水平从根本上体 现了高校的水平，可以这样说“没有一流的学科就没有一流的大学”。而学科作为 高校中相对独立的单元组织在发展过程中，外部面临激烈的竞争、内部存在诸多 的问题，因此如何让学科保持持续的竞争优势和发展潜能成为学科问题研究关注 的焦点。 核心能力理论是知识经济时代组织参与全球化竞争和实现内部发展的指导 性理论，其指导意义已经为世界许多成功企业所证明。有鉴于此，我们大胆提出 这样的设想：通过借鉴企业核心能力理论和实践经验来指导大学学科建设。 因此本论文要解决的核心问题是建立大学学科核心能力理念和探讨培育大 学学科核心能力的机制。我们从企业核心能力理论出发，结合大学学科的本质， 通过界定学科核心能力的概念、分析学科核心能力的特点、确定学科核心能力的 要素，初步形成了学科核心能力理念。在此基础之上，我们进一步探讨了如何在 大学学科中培育学科核心能力，为此提出了加强发展规划、重视学科人力资源、 引入学习型组织、建立学科联盟和培育学科创新能力等一系列具体措施，以期逐 步形成大学学科核心能力，使学科在激烈的竞争背景下解决内部问题、获得竞争 优势，从而促进学科持续、全面地发展。 关键词：大学学科 核-i5 FI匕力 大学学科核心能力 学科知识 学习型学科 学科联盟 学科创新 浙江人学硕士学位论文 浙江人学硕士学位论文 大学学科核心能力及其培育机制 ABSTRACT Dsicipline are central to adademic institution’s goals in the areas of intelligence cultivication，academics researches and soical service．The academic level of di sciplines is fundamentally demonstrating the competence of an academic institute，that is，”No superior standard of discipline，no reputation around for a un／versity”．However，specific program is an independent organ in the university．It undertakes external and internal existing challenges，therefore，how to keep a continual competitive superiority and develop petential are giyen greater concerns on the field of discipline study． Core competence theory is applfed to the involvement of global competence and the self—development in industries．The success of a number of enterprises had significantly argud this theory true and with practicability．Base on this consideration，we proposed that the methodology of core competence and successful experience will be workable to instruct the discipline of the universitv． We are here coneentrating on the central topic on the theory of core competence of university disciplines and how to build up it．Combining the considerations of the theory of core competence and the essence of disciplines，we study the concepts，peculiarities and elements of core competence in a universitY diicipline so a
