武汉理工大学硕士学位论文Abstract 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Mobile communications and Internet are two focuses of the ireformation industry now and they produce mobile Intemet and its applications，which bring enormous bussiness opportunity to the information industry．Nowadays，people not only need text，voice，image，but also need multi—media information．thereby it forces the develop of Mobile Streaming Media,and then the server system of offering Streaming Media service also becomes the object of people’S attention．The paper is other than based upon that to lucubrate the Subject． Due to the limited nature of hardware facilities，the VCR functions of mobile streaming media server has been effectively verified through a simple client in the cable network．It provides a reliable theoretical basis and practical experience for the development and application of the Streaming media technology．It also lays a solid foundation for the future research，and there are broad prospects for application． From the development background of mobile streaming media、the understanding of its domestic and international situation and the actual development of streaming media server，the paper first nails down the task of the author．Then it particularly analyzes the four important protocol of the realization of streaming media server：Session Description Protocal、Real Time Streaming Protocol、Real Time Transfer Control Protocol、Real Time Transfer Protoc01．Through understanding of the protocol function，analysing of the protocol specific content，it separately set forth realization of each protoc01．Among，the RTSP mostly analyses its six requests such as OPTIONS、DESCRIBE，ETUP，PLAY，PAUSE，TEARDOWN；the RTP mostly analyses RTP fixed package head，expanding of RTP head，subset of protocol，multiplexing of protocol；the RTP mostly analyses format of RTCP package， interval of sending RTCP,number of keeping session member,distribution of source describing bandwidth，report of sending and receiving． Following，via the analyzing
