泛长三角环境中皖籍上市公司发展的机遇与挑战研究摘 泛长三角环境中皖籍上市公司发展的机遇与挑战研究 摘 要 2008年1月，胡锦涛总书记在安徽视察时，对安徽的发展提出了明确的定 位，并第一次明确提出了“泛长三角的概念。一个“泛”字，将皖籍上市公 司带入了一种新的发展环境，机不可失，失不再来，安徽的上市公司必须在泛 长三角环境中抢抓机遇，迎接挑战。 本文采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的做法。首先介绍了皖籍上市公司与 长三角上市公司的基本概况，指出皖籍上市公司存在的问题和不足，强调了长 三角城市群在国内外的重要地位；其次对皖籍上市公司与长三角上市公司在行 业数量、十大竞争力产业、融资状况、创业板等方面的情况进行了分析比较； 再次着重用主成分分析法对皖籍上市公司与长三角上市公司的财务指标进行 了实证研究分析，最后对皖籍上市公司与长三角上市公司进行了综合评价。 本文根据对皖籍上市公司与长三角上市公司的分析比较及综合评价，指出 皖籍上市公司与长三角上市公司之间存在的差距，突出了泛长三角环境中皖籍 上市公司的发展具体有哪些机遇与挑战，并提出一些具有针对性的对策和建 议。 文章最后在结论中指出：泛长三角环境将安徽省上市公司与长三角上市公 司融为一体，在这样的大环境中，皖籍上市公司迎来了巨大的发展机遇，同时 要面对来自各方面的挑战。不过，泛长三角环境给皖籍上市公司带来的机遇总 是多于挑战，当前最主要的工作是：皖籍上市公司需要充分把握泛长三角的机 遇，发展自己，冷静沉着地接受各方面挑战。 关键词：安徽省；上市公司；泛长三角；主成分分析法 Research Research on the opportunities and Challenges of the Development of the Anhui Province’s Listed Companies with the Pan reference to the Yangtze River Delta ABSTRACT In January 2008，president Hu Jintao put forward a clear position about Anhui’S development when he inspected Anhui province，and for the first time clearly stated the concept of the Pan—Yangtze River Delta．A‘‘Pan’’，which would bring listed companies of Anhui province into a new development environment， missed，missed，would never come．Listed companies of Anhui province must grasp the opportunities and meet the challenges with the Pan reference to the Yangtze River Delta． This paper used the method of a combination about theoretical analysis and empirical study．Firstly,this paper introduced the basic profiles of the listed companies of Anhui province and the Yangtze River Delta，pointed out the problems and shortages of the listed companies of Anhui province，stressed the important role of the Yangtze River Delta city group at home and abroad．Secondly， analyzed and compared the industry number，ten competitive industries，financing conditions，the GEM ete．of the listed companies of Anhui province and the Yangtze River Delta．Thirdly，this paper mainly gave an empirical research on the financial indicators of the listed companies of Anhui province and
