Embedded image with the urgent needs of the rapid development of computer technology, and video applications, video capture technology has become the current development of a popular and one of the important research direction, and its application is currently a hot topic. The system hardware core embedded processor S3C2440, the software core embedded operating system Linux2.6.12. This thesis, embedded systems, image acquisition, image detection combined research and development of embedded image acquisition to identify a USB camera, embedded system development board and the host PC system. Thesis to complete the following tasks: Linux development environment configuration and device driver development, camera driver loaded, the realization of the video image acquisition program, the overall structures of image acquisition module and debugging, as well as the realization of the image detection module, including pre-processing, edge detection , PCB board positioning, the detection and identification of the image. The design of the study based on ARM embedded PCB board online testing system performance is stable and reliable, real-time high for image acquisition, image detection and other applications to provide a good service for future embedded PCB board online further research and development of detection systems have a better reference.
