程殺针 工出通风 目菜企宴隙合车同通风除坐耒俛薇针 t 要舍鸟猱轨工程曇忆 课程设计任务书 I、课程设计（论文）题目：某企业综合车间通风除尘系统设计。 I 1＞课味呈设计原始资料（数据）：（1）某企业综合车间基本情况；（2）车间平面 布局图；（3）《简明通风设计手册》；（4）《暖通空调制图标准》。 III、课程设计完成的主要内容：⑴焊接车间除尘系统设计；（2）喷漆车间 浸漆槽通风系统设计。 IV、提交设计形式（设计说明书与图纸、计算等）及要求：提交一份 某企业综合车间通风除尘系统设计报告和设计图。要求语句通顺、层次清楚、 推理逻辑性强、设计明确、可实施性强。报告要求用小四号宋体、A4纸型打印。 图纸部分要求运用Auto CAD严格按照作图规范绘制，采用国际统一标准符号和 单位制，并打印。 日期：自2014年12月21日至2015年1月4日 指导教师： 胡 鸿 本次课程设计以某企业生产车间为研究对象，其焊接车间及喷漆室在工作过 程中会产牛大量有毒有害物质，严重威胁到工人的身心健康，对焊接车间及喷漆 室进行通风系统设计，以提高整个车间及其周围环境的空气质量，进而防止职业 病的发生。此设计主要是运用本学期所学的工业通风知识，为某企业生产车间设 计一个可用性高，价格实惠、合理的通风除尘系统。该设计的通风除尘系统能更 好的控制牛产过程中产牛的粉尘、有害气体、高温、高湿，创造良好的车间生产 环境和保护大气环境保证工人的身体健康。 关键词：喷漆车间；焊接车间；有毒有害物质；通风系统设计 ABSTRACT The curriculum design in the production workshop of a certain enterprise as the research object, the welding workshop and spray chamber will produce large amounts of poisonous and harmful material in the work process, a serious threat to the physical and mental health of workers, the ventilation system design of welding workshop and spray paint room, in order to improve the whole workshop and ambient air quality, and prevent the occurrence of occupation disease.
