Unit4 Then and now Part B Read and write(39) 教学目标: 1.知识目标: (1)能够在语境中正确理解小部分生词的含义, 能够根据图片内容理解文字信息。 (2)能够在教师的引导下,对文本内容进行预测。 (3)能够理解文本,给课文中的图片排序,并能够根据文本内容,在对话模式的文本中填上合适的词语。 (4)能够结合自己的实际情况,模仿课文文本,写一篇关于自己的梦的小语篇。 2.能力和情感态度目标: (1)能够主动对课文内容进行总结与归纳。 (2)能够积极参与课堂学习活动,遇到困难时能够做到大胆求助。 教学重点: 1.词汇与短语:had a race, ran very fast, nothing, said, give, felt, cheetah, tripped, woke up. 2.能够根据要求,针对课文完成读后的阅读理解检测及书写任务。 教学难点: 该文本内容生词较多, 读后的检测活动也较多,要合理安排好时间,确保课程的顺利进行。 教学用具: A computer, some pictures, a tape player, PPT 教学过程: Step 1:Warm-up and revision Greet the class as usual and watch a video about last weekend. Ask and answers about last weekend. T: Do you want to know what Wu Yifan did last weekend? Show pictures and talk about them using the simple past tense. Step 2:Presentation T: Last night, Wu Yifan had a dream about race.( Write dream and race on the blackboard). Do you know something about his dream? Learn the new words by showing pictures. (cheetah, tripped, woke up) T: Look at this picture, do you know what it is? It’s a cheetah.(Help studetns to answer) It can run very fast. Now read after me, cheetah. Learn the other words like this. Step 3:While-reading 1.Ask students to read the passage quickly and number the pictures.(Ask students to underline the contents of the pictures first). Then tells the reason. 2.Read the first paragraph and answer: Who ran fast, Wu Yifan or his father? Read the second paragraph and find the verbs using the past tense. Explain the third paragraph and get the meaning of it. 3.Complete the mind map and then try to retell the story according to it. 4.Listen and fill in the blanks. Play the tape player twice and let students finish them. Then call some students to check the answers. Listen and read after the text. Step4:After-reading 1.Write about your dream.(学生根据实际情况,模仿课文文本,写一篇关于自己的梦的小语篇。) I had a dream last night.
