II II Abstract With the development of computer technology, the Internet has become a part of people’s life E-commerce steps into peoples life. E-commerce gradually entered the life of people. The E-commerce is built on the basis of the virtual network, a lot of false information and lies in E-commerce trade platform, more and more people think of E-commerce development must be established to ensure the credit system, the rights and interests of both parties. This task according to the current E-commerce development situation of credit system analyzes and discusses the influence of the credit system construction of E-commerce and e-business factors, the necessity of credit system construction. In view of the electronic commerce credit system construction of credit consciousness emerged dim, credit laws and regulations are not perfect, intermediary organization development lags behind, the lack of the credit education and research problems and E-commerce credit system construction principle and characteristics of E-commerce, the focus of the credit system construction methods and strategies. It is important for promoting the development of E-commerce. At last, I introduce and analyze the E-commerce case of Jingdong about the construction of credit system. Hoping it is significant for the development of E-commerce.
