? 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文Abstract 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Traffic accident crime is a behavior that violating traffic transportation management regulations and cause major traffic accident，Serious injury or death or heavy losses of public or private property in transportation process．Traffic accident crime is a虹nd of common crime in China,which is often reported such as Weiming Sun case，BMW case，Hebei university case，which causes serious injury or death or ◆ heavy losses of public or private property in transportation process．There are many reasons cause the traffic accident crime．This article focuses on the legislation of traffic accident crime，analysis the deficiency of legislation and proposed solutions．For SO many reasons，legislation of Chinas current tra衢c accident crime and judicial explanation exist some shortages．There are conflicts between different legislations，and regulations for behavior of traffic escape are ambiguous which are not only difficult for judiciary processing，also make the populace doubt about the judicial justice．Such legislation must be correct,based on the condition of our country,some legislative in other countries锄℃worth our reference and absorption．So that，the author compared the legislation of the tlafjfic accidem crime between China and others in this paper,analyze related legal problems of Our country and provided some legislative advice for your reference．There are three parts in this article． The first chapter：Discussing and analyzing the legislation of traffic accident crime ◆ in other countries，and make preliminary analysis for the feture of legislation of traffic accident crime． The second chapter：Contrasting some regulations between China and others and analyze traffic escapes behavior． The thrid chapter：Providing my own proposals about the improvement of the legislation，according to the‘criminal law amendment eight’add dangerous driving ．n． ? ?
