We can imagine that how largeness loss will be if we can’t control the indetermination factors in big project. So the risk analyses are requirements of the project construction and project management study. The study is on the role of construction investor, based on the project of high speed railway from Beijing to Tianjin city, with the advance methods of theory with practice, determine the nature consult quantitative analysis, forecasts the future of the project, study the situation of the fact when there are some things which is not considered in feasibility report, and provide the helpful advise to the leader of construction investor, those of in the Beijing Tianjin City-Railway Construction Co. there are four pares in the paper. In the first part of the paper, we described the scene of the study in internal and international scopes, include the different view method, tell the purpose and significance of the study. In the second part of the paper, gather up the main frame of reference and the method, give the conception, process, view and study method, especially about the study process in the paper. In the third part of the paper, we introduce the basic information of the construction of the high speed railway from Beijing to Tianjin city, project environment, project feasibility, project design, enumerate those uncertainty factor in the project, complete the work of recognize risk. In the final part of the paper, use the reformative analysis method, study project risk, include analysis process, simulate process, and at same time, discuss the countermeasure to the risk the project exist.
