徐州医学院硕士学位论文，一’ 徐州医学院硕士学位论文 ，一’ Il。he reSearCn a DOUt tranSCatneter lnIUSlon 0l m0 Dillzen lutol020us peripheral。bloodperipheral 100d mononuclear cells to treat diabetic foot Abstract Obieetive To study the incidence of diabetic foot in type 2 diabetic patients，the related factors of collection CD34+cells，and the clinical effect，achievement ratio and complications of transcatheter infusion of mobilized APBMNCs after PTA in diabetic foot treatment． Methods To collect clinical records and make relevant examinations for 40 patients．Following mobilization in G-CSF for 4---5days，APBMNCs were harvested and injected endovascularly after PTA。刀砖clinical effection and laboratory findings were monitored for 3 months．Then，making a retrospective anal-ysis about it． Results Multiple regression analysis showed：the WBC count before collecting， MNC count before collecting，the total number of the MNC in collected material and patients 7age had effect on collected CD34+cells(P0．05)．The PTA achievement ratio is 86．84％in 52 lower limbs of 40 patients．After 1 month，3 month monitoring，the limb ABI，skin temperature and claudication distance were significantly improved(P0．05)． Ulcers of 1 6 patients were healing within three months after operation．Amputation is performed for one patient．1 patient’S vascular was perforated by guidewire． Conclusion The best collecting time Was the 4th or 5th day after mobilization． The WBC count before collecting，MNC count before collecting，CD34+eell count before collecting，total number of the MNC in collected material，patients’age and disease duration were correlated with the CD34+cells collection．，nle WBC count before collecting，MNC count before collecting，total number of the MNC in collected material and patients’age are the independent factors。for CD34+cells collection．Tanscatheter infusion of APBMNCs after PTA is a safe．effective and simple method for diabetic foot patiems． Key words diabetic foot；autologous peripheral blood mononuclear cell；CD34+ cell；p
