The influence of health education is analyzed and evaluated by clinical manifestations, compliance, life style after treatment in postmenopausal women. RESULT: ①BMD of L1, L2, L3, L4, L1-4 after treatment were significantly increased compared with those before treatment in two groups (P 0.05). Percentage of the difference of L1-4 BMD before and after treatment in the education group was significantly different from that in the control group(P 0.05). ②BMD of femoral neck, greater trochanter after treatment were significantly increased compared with those before treatment in two groups (P 0.05). BMD of proximal femoral shaft, all of proximal femoral bone after treatment were significantly increased compared with those before treatment in education group (P 0.05); There were no significantly difference in control group(P 0.05). BMD of wards triangle after treatment was not significantly increased compared with those before treatment in two groups (P 0.05). Percentage of the difference of all BMD of proximal femoral bone before and after treatment in the education group was significantly different from that in the control group(P 0.05). ③Urinary calcium / creatinine ratio after treatment were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment in education group (P 0.01),but no significantly decrease in the control group (P 0.05).Difference of the decrease of urinary calcium / creatinine ratio between two groups was significant(P 0.05). CTX after treatment were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment in two groups (P 0.01),but difference of the decrease of CTX between two groups was not significant(P 0.05). ④ALP and BGP after treatment were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment in two groups (P 0.01),but difference of the decrease of ALP and BGP between two groups was not significant(P 0.05).⑤The improvement of muscle cramps after treatment in educat
