Teaching contents : Section A (1a-1c). 4. Type of the lesson: vocabulary, speaking, listening and writing. 6. Key points of this lesson: (1) Talk about what people are doing. (2) Key words: watching TV, cleaning, reading a newspaper, make soup, doing homework, talking on the phone, using the computer, washing the dishes, exercising. (3) Key sentence structure: A: What are you doing? B: I’m watching TV. A: What’ s he doing ? B: He’s using the computer. A: What are they doing? B: They’re listening to a CD. 7. Teaching important / difficult points： How to talk about what people are doing. Teaching procedures (1) Daily greetings.
