地铁火灾事故救援技战术研究 摘要 随着中国城市化进程的飞速发展和机动车数量的迅猛增长，地铁己经 成为城市人口岀行最普遍的交通方式。但由于地铁人员密集、情况复杂、 逃生途径少等特点，一旦发生火灾，人员疏散难度大、火灾扑救困难，容 易造成群死群伤的严重后果。因此对地铁火灾事故救援的技战术进行深入 研究，具有重要的现实意义和实用价值。 扑救地铁火灾是一项艰巨复朵的任务，在扑救过程中要运用最合理、 最有效的技战术组织和实施灭火救援行动，这样才能取得地铁火灾事故救 援的战斗胜利。本文在介绍地铁火灾的起因和特点的基础上，对地铁火灾 事故救援中的火情侦察、灭火战斗展开、救人行动实施、送风排烟、通信 联络、现场照明以及后勤保障等救援环节和有关技战术进行深入研究并提 岀了具体应对措施。本文的研究成果可为今后消防部队在地铁火灾事故中 的灭火救援提供指导和参考并有助于指挥员进行地铁火灾事故救援的指 挥决策和运用相应的技战术，对提高消防部队在地铁火灾事故救援中的整 体作战能力具有重要意义。 关键词 消防指挥；地铁火灾；救援；技战术 Research on Technique and Tactics of Subway Fire Accidents Rescue Abstract With Chinas rapid development of urbanization and the growth of the number of motor vehicles, the subway has become the most common means of transportation to citizens. Since subway is characterized by intensive staff, complex situation and fewer means of escaping, it is difficult to carry out the evacuation and fire suppression in the case of fire. Large numbers of casualty can be triggered, thus, it is worthwhile for the author to deeply explore technique and tactics of subway fire accidents rescue. Fighting the underground fire is a difficult and complex task. In the process of fighting, it needs to use the most reasonable and effective organization of technique and tactics and tactics, and carry out fire fighting and rescue work in order to obtain the success of subway fire fighting and the rescue. Based on the introduction of the causes and features of subway fire, this paper lucubrates and gives corresponding technique and tactics respectively to firefighters1 detection, launching fire fighting, taking rescuing actions, supplying air, discharging smoke, communication, lighting and logistic guarantee work of subway fire accidents rescue. The research will provide future guidance and references of fire rescue in subway fire accidents, and it is beneficial for the monitor to carry out commands, make decisions and take corresponding technique and tactics in subway fire accidents.
