基于关联规则的数据挖掘方法及其在电子商务网站中的 基于关联规则的数据挖掘方法及其在电子商务网站中的 应用研究 摘 要 随着电子商务和数据挖掘的发展，数据挖掘在电子商务中的应用将面 临着更多的机遇和挑战。由于数据存在着不确定性，而且数据大多数是非 线性、杂乱无章的，因此如何处理好这些数据，并使这些数据更好的服务 于电子商务，也就成了数据挖掘的一个重点研究内容。而关联规则挖掘方 法能够有效的寻找出数据之间的联系，因此关于关联规则挖掘的研究成为 现在数据挖掘技术的热门方向。 本文首先介绍了数据挖掘各项技术，主要包括数据挖掘的工作流程、 数据挖掘的常用算法及其应用，是对数据挖掘理论知识的简单介绍。其次， 对关联规则的数据挖掘方法进行阐述，主要是对关联规则的定义和关联规 则的一些性质做了深入的讨论。再次，通过对原有Apriori算法的研究分 析，以关联规则相关的定理和推论以及优化算法的思想为基础，对原有算 法进行了优化，并通过仿真实验比较了原有算法和优化的算法在执行效率 上的差别，提高了算法执行效率。最后，通过某一电子商务网站购物数据， 实证研究了优化算法在现实当中的应用，并证明了该算法在实际的应用中 缩短了搜索时间，提高了实际的执行效率。 关键词：数据挖掘电子商务关联规则Apriori算法 Research Research on Association Rules Based Data Mining Method and its Application in E··commerce Website ABSTRACT With the development of e-commerce and data mining and data mining in the e．commerce applications will have more challenges and opportunities．As there is great uncertainty in data，and most of these data is nonlinear and chaotic．Therefore，how to handle them became an important problem to the research．And the association rules can effectively find out the link among the data．therefore the research of association rules’mining is becoming hot technology direction of data mining． First，this paper introduces the technology of data mining，including data mining workflow，data mining algorithm and its applications．Second， describing data mining of association rules，and its mainly focuses on the deftnition and the nature of association．Third，through analyzing of the original algorithm and basing on the theorems and inferences，it proposed the idea of improved algorithm and improved the original algorithm，then the resuit compared the efficiency of original algorithm with improved algorithm， improved the efficiency．At last，studying the application of improved aIgorithm with the data of the E—commerce site，and proved that the improved algorithm reduced the search time，improved the actual implementation of efficiency． Keywords：Data mining；E-commerce；Association rule； Apriori algorithm III 图表清单表3．1事物数据库 图表清单 表3．1事物数据库 ．．19 表3．2
