Research Research of Contract Management on Professional Engineering Enterprise Built of Residents’Buildings Abst ract The main research ofⅡ1iS thesis is based on the Basis of Managements，and calls the method of Basic Economic of Engineering， as well as cites one of conflictions on the execution of Resident Buildings via Contract Managements．This thesis also well explained the Efficient of Professional Enterprise on Engineering Contract Management and the’ Meaningful Value of Applications．Ⅵ协at and how to establish the contract management scientifically?We will focus on the Architecture and Direction of the research． According to the experience in long periods of working，the current situation shows that there were still a lot of problems during Mass Engineering Project,for instance the low level of management，the lack of risk management,and slow response of management．Here，we should note that it’S a must to make some research on a professional contract management under system．Engineering Contract Management covered a wide contents and a lot of information and knowledge．More and more people realized that to improve the level of contract management as well as encourage the staffs who operated the contract management iS the most important skil】on Professional Enterprise Project Managements． I，act as an experienced manager had managed the decoration design of residents engineering and supporting tlle EPC customer for engineering drawings design，of cause had familiar the project of residents engineering．So my view on contract management should be more complex and 11ighJy notice when compared with some other projects．In the later research，the main point will be how to act as a key person for mass proj ect design and management，to fulfill the project in well control and successfully handed over to the customer by efficient communication．We gave a briefly introduction of the basic concepts． principles，types，properties and conflictions of relationship on contract management．
