摘要啊!4444明 摘要 摘要 作为第二产业的重要内容，旅游资源开发业已成为各省市政府促进经济发 展，优化产业结构的重要途绞。然而，实践证明，旅游资源开发是一把双刃 剑飞它在促进经济、文化发展的同时，往往会因经济利益的驱动而对历史、人 文和自然等旅游资源本身产生不可估蠢的破坏。所以，提高旅游资源开发与管 理水平、防止和避免开发的不合理、不适度，增强开发的科学性就日显重要。 2000 年以来，江西省一直将旅游业作为实现中部崛起战略目标的支柱 产业，各种鼓励政策措施和活动不断推出。在政府的推动下，全省各地掀起了 旅游开发的热潮。然而，随着旅游资源开发的推进，江西省旅游资源开发与管 理的问题也日益显现，主要表现为 z 开发的经济效益偏低，产业收益与开发利 用的资源数量不匹配:管理体系不完善，旅游资源的分类评价体系不健全:旅 游企业人力资源管理落后，从业人员整体素质偏低;旅游营销管理模式不合理， 品牌塑造竞争力弱等。 这些问题，使得江西省旅游资源开发，在宏观上，综合经济效益偏低，并 给资源环境和社会环境产生了诸如水资源锐减、生物资源减少等破坏;在微观 上，使得江西省旅游资源开发企业难以在激烈竞争中做大做强。所以，加强和 提高江西省旅游资源开发与管理水平，是当前实现江西省旅游业持续发展亟待 解决的重要问题。 本文从现有研究成果的归纳和评述入手，首先阐述了旅游资源开发与管理 的相关理论，在此基础上，对江西省旅游资源开发与管理的现状进行了系统而 具体的分析，囊点分析了当前存在的问题及其相关的原因，然后运用管理学的 SWOT 分析法，论述了江西省在解决这些问题上所具有的优势条件和发展机遇 以及劣势条件和外来的挑战，最后依据 SWO丁分析的结论，论证了加强和提高 江西省旅游资源开发与管理水平的具体对策和措施建议。 关键词:江西，旅游资源开发，旅游资源管理， SWOT 分析 Abstract Abstract 11 11 Abstract As the main content of the development of tertiary industry，tourist resources development has become the main approach of the provincial and municipal govemments to promote economic development.It is an important method to optimize the industrial structure.
